Bangladesh Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (BCSIR) issues a circular to make recruitment to 47 posts. Online application process has gotten underway from June 6 and will continue until July 8 instead of June 24, 2021, the earlier deadline.
How to Apply : Aspirants and qualified individuals need to make application through the following link at :

Application Period : Interested persons have been able to drop application from 10 a.m. June 6. And the last date and time to apply is 5 p.m. July 8, 2021. The extension of the deadline has been notified by a circular on June 28. But other aspects of the original circular remain unchanged.
Application Fee : For the posts under serial number 1 to 11, application fee is Tk. 445 including service charge. And it is Tk. 223 with service charge for the posts under serial number 12 to 15.
Application fee must be submitted within 72 hours of application submission by any Teletalk prepaid mobile number.
Admit Cards : Any information regarding admit cards will be made available in due time at the following website :

In addition, applicants (only eligible ones) will receive SMS from the authority to this end.
Recruitment Exam Dates & Time : Candidates for all the above posts will be picked by selection exams. The schedule of written test will be made available at the BCSIR website in due course of time :

Requirements : Aspirants need to demonstrate the following qualities to be eligible for application :
All Scientific Officer Posts : MSc degree with first class BSc honors degree in related subjects Or First class MSc degree in related subjects Or second class or grade in both the exams, MSc & BSc degrees.
All Research Chemist Posts : Second class (or equivalent) BSc degree in corresponding subjects Or MSc degree. No third class or grade at any level of education is acceptable.
Age limit : For all general applicants, age must be not over 30 as on June 1, 2021. But for children of Freedom Fighters and the disabled, it is up to 32 to the highest.
